Welcome to Yellowstone National Park! And Greetings from Wagon Wheel RV Campground & Cabins!

Yellowstone is considered the first National Park in the world. Most of Yellowstone is located in Wyoming, though it extends into Montana and Idaho.   It's a beautiful tourist spot with lots of wildlife and geothermal activity— one of the most famous spots being the geyser known as 'Old Faithful.' Yellowstone Lake is one of the largest high-altitude lakes in North America and Yellowstone Caldera is the largest super-volcano on the continent. Not only that, there's approximately 3,468.4 square miles of lakes, canyons, rivers and mountain ranges to see. A trip to Yellowstone will definitely be one of the top highlights of the year.

West Yellowstone is the hub of Yellowstone camping and lodging vacations. The western entrance border town has many fine restaurants, bakeries, several grocery stores, a convention center, movie and live theater, nightclubs, museums, and a great shopping district. Outdoor activities range from fishing in the Blue Ribbon lakes and streams to hiking and horseback riding. You get a perfect little mix of wildlife, adventure, and a charm.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for staying with us. We will make every effort to provide you with the finest camping and promise that you will leave with lasting memories of our genuine western hospitality. Have a safe trip and we'll see you soon!
